Associate Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Ridzuan is a Senior Fellow at the Institute of Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (IBDAAI), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, specializing in international economics, environmental economics, sustainable development, energy economics, and AI-driven policy research. He currently serves in several strategic leadership roles at UiTM, including Coordinator of University Strategic and Transformation, Head of Promotion and Visibility, and Head of Research and Publication. Dr. Abdul Rahim has established an extensive international research network through appointments as Adjunct Professor, Visiting Professor, and Research Fellow at universities across Malaysia, Indonesia, Sweden, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, and Iran. His research has attracted numerous national and international competitive grants while contributing to policy studies for ministries and international agencies. With a Scopus H-index of 21, Web of Science H-index of 14, and more than 4,000 Google Scholar citations, his publications appear in leading journals such as Energy, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Journal of Air Transport Management, and Journal of Knowledge Economy.

Inga has about 15 years of experience as consultant and trainer for companies in various countries and sectors. As a project leader and trainer in development cooperation projects of UN, World Bank, GIZ, etc., she supported executives in business model and innovation development, public funding, intercultural communication and negotiation. In many international projects, she acted as a team leader and project manager. She established the German Business Association (DWV) in Armenia as managing director, advising German and Armenian SMEs on market entry modes. Her consulting and training assignments brought Inga to numerous countries in Africa, the MENA region, Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Anahita Ghanad is an assistant professor at Veritas University College. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Management from the University of Malaya. Her academic interests include university culture, educational leadership, and instructional technology. At Veritas, she teaches and leads postgraduate programs in the School of Education and Social Sciences. She is committed to promoting educational excellence through collaborative research, innovative teaching, and effective academic leadership.
