This organisation was originally incorporated on 7 May 2026 as London School of Applied Research and Innovation Ltd (trading as LSARI). Following a special resolution passed by the members on 21 May 2026, the company's name was formally changed to London College of Applied Research and Education (LCARE) Ltd.
The Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name was issued by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales on 22 May 2026, under the Companies Act 2006. The company number — 17203715 — remains unchanged. LCARE is now also registered with UKRLP under UKPRN: 10101483.
