Structured international exposure for university cohorts — institutional visits, academic seminars, industry and manufacturing site visits, and a certified programme record. Delivered across Europe and Southeast Asia.
You want to send students and faculty abroad for a short international programme. Propose a cohort and we will design the itinerary.
Propose a cohort →You want to receive visiting cohorts on your campus, build international reach and open future collaboration. Register your interest in hosting.
Register as a host →The sending institution nominates the cohort and arranges all travel. LCARE and World Research Union design the academic itinerary, secure the host institutions and industry partners, and issue the programme record.
Preferred region, cohort size, discipline and travel window, through the form on this page.
We assess feasibility against host availability and return a draft itinerary, costing and academic outline.
A written agreement is signed. Programme Confirmation Letters are issued for each named participant.
The cohort travels, the itinerary runs, and each participant receives an LCARE Certificate of Participation.
Programmes are built around confirmed partner institutions and industry hosts in each region. Availability depends on the academic theme, cohort size and travel window. Cohorts travel to one visa region per programme.
Business, digital economy and Islamic finance. Straightforward entry requirements and the most accessible first cohort.
Entrepreneurship, supply chain and emerging-market manufacturing exposure.
Engineering, manufacturing and automotive site visits alongside institutional sessions. Single Schengen application.
London and regional campuses. Finance, management and innovation themes. Separate visa region — not combined with Schengen itineraries.
LCARE and World Research Union deliver the academic itinerary only. Neither organisation issues visas, sponsors immigration applications, or sells travel, accommodation or insurance. A Programme Confirmation Letter confirms participation, dates and itinerary content — it is supporting documentation for the sending institution's own visa applications and carries no guarantee of any visa decision. The LCARE Certificate of Participation records attendance and contact hours; it carries no credit value and is not a qualification. Any future credit recognition, progression or articulation arrangement remains subject to the regulations and formal approval of the participating institutions.
